With over 40 years of educational experience as a teacher and school counselor, Richard accepted Christ in 1977, immediately enrolling in Bible College. He has two Master Degrees in School Guidance and Christian Counseling. He has been teaching and counseling students and parents for over 40 years. In 1988 he moved his family to Lakeland, Florida to continue his studies of Covenant understanding coupled with Hebraic foundations and the Prophetic movement with training in spiritual gifts.He and his wife Rebecca are founders and with over twenty years of pastoral experience, they are currently full time pastors of The Covenant Center in Lakeland, Florida.
